Frisch’s Big Boy.
We had a couple of Frisch’s Big Boy gift cards just sitting around. So tonight, we stopped at Frisch’s on Central Parkway on the way home from work for dinner…
I had a hard time getting a picture of Genifer’s Buddy Boy…
I tried the Farmhouse Boy, which is just a Big Boy with bacon and a fried egg…
It was pretty good. Next time, I’m just going to get the regular Big Boy though. This little guy was on the cash register because it’s the first day of Autumn…

Octoberfest Zinzinnati 2019.
This weekend was Oktoberfest Zinzinnati 2019 weekend in downtown Cincinnati…
And this afternoon, we went downtown to check it out…
Last year, we didn’t go to Oktoberfest at all.
I tried this brat with curry sauce…
It was really good. Something a little bit different. Also a little bit different was the Halo from Busken Bakery…
A Halo is a warm Buskey glazed donut stuffed with ice cream and then hot pressed…
I got the Crown Jewel stuffed with Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream…
Ohmigosh. It was sooo good.
Next year, we’re taking advantage of this offer, if they do it again…
We made one slow meandering lap of the Oktoberfest. We had a couple of beers and had another brat or two in there. It was fun. Not nearly as much fun all the Oktoberfests as when we used to live downtown. But it was still pretty fun.
