Happy New Year from Northside.
It was so pretty outside today. It was a really beautiful way to usher in the brand new year. Unfortunately, we didn’t get outside to enjoy the day very much. We watched Michigan lose to Alabama and Arsenal beat Manchester United. And we were just really lazy on the last day of our holiday break.

These recaps are always interesting to me. The full version on Untappd had much more detailed information. It was pretty cool. For example, we checked-in beers at 43 unique venues in five states…
Untappd said we also checked in beers at 25 breweries this year…

Ten years ago.
Ten years ago today, I signed up with WordPress. After Milan passed away, I migrated all of our blog posts starting with our very first date from Blogger to WordPress…
Almost 5,000 blog posts later, our blog is still going strong. I love it because it gives us a searchable database of literally everything we’ve done together since our first date.
And I think that’s pretty darn awesome. Thanks for making blogging so easy, WordPress! 😀⌨️📷❤️

Poor Mack.
This morning we dropped Mack off our vet in College Hill…
He’s had a really bad ear infection. He had to be put under so they could clean his ears and while he was under they also surgically trimmed his nails. When we got home, he was really under the weather. I think was still feeling the effects of the anesthetic and the pain medicine. I carried him upstairs and laid him on his new dog bed but he moved and just laid in the middle of the floor for the rest of the night…
Hopefully, he’ll feel better and be back to his old self very soon. 😀🐾❤️

It’s Skyline time!
Genifer had to go into work for a little bit this morning. When she got home, we headed over to Skyline in St. Bernard for some Skyline Time! It’s been a minute since we last had Skyline time. I got a Skyline gift card for Christmas but wouldn’t you know I left it on our dining room table…
Mmmm… Cheese coneys and chili cheese sammiches are so good. YUM! 😀🧀🌭❤️
