A Saturday in OtR.
This afternoon we rode the Metro 17 bus into Over-the-Rhine…
We walked through beautiful Washington Park…
And over to one of very our favorite OtR spots, Queen City Radio…
We got a couple delicious of Queen City Radio Whip Burgers and fries…
And we did some St. Patty’s Day celebrating…
QCR had green jello shots. Green jello shots are my favorite…
And then we walked over to Cobblestone OtR. We’d never been there before…
It’s a pretty fun little neighborhood watering hole…
And we stopped by another one of our favorite spots, Sundry and Vice…
We walked by 16-bit but it looked crazy in there…
So we got an Uber and headed for home…
It was another really fun evening in OtR. 😀🍺❤️

Another basket of shrimps.
I got another amazing shrimp basket from Sports Page on Main for lunch today…
And again, it was delicious. I love shrimp baskets. 😀🍤❤️

Pi Day at Chameleon.
We stopped at Chameleon in Northside to get some delicious Chameleon pizza slices to celebrate Pi Day. As soon as we got inside Chameleon, it started pouring again…
They had the weather storm on their TV. We’re right in between Cumminsville and 127 on the map…
We shared a bucket of beers and watched the weather…
And then it was pizza time!
Chameleon’s cheese pizza is soooo good…
And so are their fries with queso. Because pizza and french fries definitely go together…
What a great way to celebrate Pi Day! We love Chameleon. 😀🍕🍟🍺❤️

Thunderstorms.
A pretty big thunderstorm blew through downtown Cincinnati this afternoon. The sky got really dark. And the tornado warning sirens were even going off around the city…
The clouds were pretty crazy and moving really fast. I captured this #LapseIt timelapse of the storm moving in above downtown Cincinnati…
The clouds weren’t moving that fast. But you get the point. And then it poured this afternoon. There was so much rain that on our way home Central Parkway was flooded across all four lanes of traffic…
We cut through the Big Boy parking lot to get around the flooding and the back of the parking lot was really flooded too…
Some cars just plowed right on through the flood waters…
Once we were able to get around this body of water, it was smooth sailing for the rest of the way home. Good thing we live on a hill. 😀🌧️🌊❤️

There were two savory pies and five sweet pies. All of them were pretty tasty. 😀🥧❤️

Mack isn’t allowed in our master bathroom because he just gets into too much stuff. But whenever we’re in the bathroom, he’ll sit right in the doorway with one defiant foot on the bathroom tile…
Oscar was half under the sofa with just his booty sticking out. But then he decided to get up on the sofa and was sitting like a sir…
They are a couple of pretty funny guys. 😀🐾❤️
