Press on Monmouth.
After dropping Oscar off at his groomers in Newport for his haircut, we stopped into Press on Monmouth again for some coffee…
We ordered a couple of coffees and I got another one of their sausage biscuits to go…
We really like Press on Monmouth. 😀☕️❤️

A Christmas package.
We received a very nice Christmas package from my parents…
We got a festive tin full of wonderful Christmas cookies…
There were a lot of favorites in there. They also sent a bunch of delicious Trader Joe’s Keuring coffee pods and a proper cinnamon roll baking pan…

Brunch at Django Western Taco.
This afternoon we walked over to Django Western Taco for brunch…
Genifer ordered one of Django’s amazing Jerk Chicken Quesadillas. We shared some tater tot casserole, chips and salsa and I ordered this amazing dish…
Barbacoa Benedict on a house made jalapeño English muffin, poached eggs, spinach, salsa verde and queso fresco. And it was awesome! But we ordered way too much food. Again. We should have just shared the Barbacoa Benedict. It was such an incredible meal for brunch. 😀🌮❤️

Back to Bistro Grace.
Tonight, we walked back down to Bistro Grace to finish off the rest of the gift card my sister gave us last Christmas. Our dinner last week was terrific and delicious…
We shared some more of Bistro Grace’s delicious deviled eggs…
Tonight, we also tried Bistro Grace’s smoky beer cheese with Servatii pretzel bread…
And we decided to share the Grace Burger…
We had the Grace Burger back after Cincinnati Burger Week and it was delicious and amazing and huge…
It was just every bit as terrific as we remembered it. The Grace Burger should be right there near the top of the list of Cincinnati’s best burgers. Incredible burger. I could eat a Grace Burger each and every week. It’s that good. We can’t wait to come back to Bistro Grace. They have some pretty incredible dishes. 😀🥚🧀🍔❤️

Deskey White Elephant Potluck.
Today was our annual White Elephant Holiday party potluck at Deskey…
There was a really nice spread for the Deskey holiday potluck…
After lunch, it was time for the Deskey White Elephant holiday gift exchange…
I drew lucky number one…
I would get to open the first gift and make the very last trade to end the game. The first gift I opened was the card game, Exploding Kittens…
We played Exploding Kittens at The Rook in OtR and thought it was really a lot of fun. But I didn’t get to hold onto it for very long. It was taken from me and in its place, I ended up with this really sweet painting…
And then I lost that and ended up with a Pixel & Timber t-shirt, a bottle of Tito’s vodka dressed in an adorable little Tito’s sweater and this little vintage bucket…
Then I was severely downgraded to a box containing three rolls of toilet paper, a “That’s How I Roll” unicycle t-shirt and matching unicycle pint glass…
Since I had the first choice I got to end the game and swap my box of toilet paper with any gift that had been opened. And I choose to reclaim my Exploding Kittens…
It was a really fun White Elephant holiday gift exchange party. 😀🎄🎁🐱🐼🍸🚽🐱❤️
