Dang! Birthday quesadillas.

The sunrise was very pretty this morning…

Our Edible Arrangement was delivered this afternoon…

We really like the Edible Arrangements.

And good evening from Northside…

It was nice enough this evening that we got to hang out in our backyard for a bit…

Then we ordered Dang! Quesadilla through DoorDash…

We tried a brisket quesadilla, kids (plain) quesadilla and a veggie quesadilla…

And they were all really tasty. We’ll definitely be ordering quesadillas again from Dang!

It turned out to be a pretty nice Tuesday. I hope Genifer had a good birthday.

Today is April first and that means, it’s also April Fool’s Day…

But the joke was on us because it was snowing this morning…

We saw our first snail of the spring…

I moved the snail from the middle of the sidewall on the stairs to the edge of the sidewalk by some mulch over by what might someday be an orchard…

It was still snowing…

We had an NYPD Pizza party tonight…

Remember when Oscar used to hop up on the sofa in our office studio and look out the window?

Goodbye, March.

We got a late jump on our walk this morning and the school was already starting to lineup on our street for drop-off so we just went around the block. And then we went back around the block this evening…

We put our new dining room rug under our dining room table…

And Genifer made chicken gyros for dinner tonight. They were delicious…

Baseball starts tomorrow…

Six years ago, we saw The Lion King for the first time…

And eight years ago, Michigan made it to the final Four…

We have a new dining room rug.

Good morning from Northside…

Genifer ordered a new rug for our dining room…

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals. This one was BBQ PulledPork Tacos with cheddar-jack cheese and crispy jalapenos since it was Taco Tuesday and all…

Taco Tuesday tacos are always really good. And these ones were terrific! We like the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal kits a lot.

Fiver years ago, I had just hit 48,000 check-ins on my Swarm…

Fast forward to today and I have a little over 80,000 check-ins. I still really like my Swarm. And I really like my tacos. 😀🌄🌮⭐️❤️

A morning without power.

Good morning from Northside…

We lost power this morning after we got back from our walk. The power company said power was scheduled to return around 1pm. We ran out to get Skyline for a lunch a little bit before noon…

When we got home with our lunch, the power came back on. And it was Skyline time!

And then it was time to get to work.

Good evening from Northside…

There was really pretty light coming into the back of our house…

Today really made me really appreciate having electricity. 😀🌄⚡️🐾❤️

Saturday, March 20th.

Today was the first day of Spring. And it felt like it…

We walked to Blue Jay for lunch…

We walked over to Boswell’s Alley to watch Michigan’s first round tournament game against Texas Southern. After the game, we stopped to have a few drinks at Northside Tavern. And on the way home, we picked up hoagies from NYPD. We had a really good Saturday. 😀🌄🌭🍻♥️
