And I was so excited when our order arrived that I completely forgot to take a photo of our food. But it was really good again. We’ve been all about the Empress Chicken and this time we got General Tso’s Chicken too.

Genifer made General Tso’s tofu for dinner tonight…
It’s not very often that we don’t like something she makes for dinner. The sauce was great, the rice was terrific but we weren’t digging the tofu. It just has such an odd texture. It’s like marshmallows or something odd.
But at least the sky was pretty in our backyard after dinner…
