A tour of Northside eats.

The sunrise was pretty this morning…

We had to move our cars this morning because they were supposed to start working on our street…

Before we moved our cars, we stopped for coffee at Sidewinder…

We found parking spots for both of our cars around the corner on Pullan Street…

And then we took the dogs on their morning walk…

Good morning from Northside…

I got a cinnamon roll for breakfast at Sidewinder…

At lunchtime, there still wasn’t any work taking place on our street…

We walked to back over to Morsel & Nosh for lunch…

We saw on their Instagram that they had a Cubano sammich as a special today. And it looked delicious…

It was every bit as delicious as it looked. We love our lunches for Morsel & Nosh.

And for dinner, we walked down to Gulow Street…

We met our neighbor friends at Gulow Street. And while we were there, we ran into our other neighbors and got to talk to them for a while. Now we have two neighbor friends on our street.

Good night from Northside…

We love our neighborhood. 😀🌄☕️🥪🍔🐾❤️

Good morning from Northside…

After we were done with work, we walked down to Gulow Street…

If you couldn’t tell, we like Gulow Street a lot…

Tonight, we both got noodles or as we like to call them: noods. Genifer ordered the Sesame Noods.

And I ordered the rigatoni bolognese noods with garlic bread…

Gulow Street has delicious, delicious noods. On the way home, we stopped to sit on the patio at Northside Tavern….

And then we went to home take the dogs around the block…

Gulow Street Friday nights are the best. 😀🌄🍝🥡🐾❤️

Super pink moon.

And we were back at it on another Monday morning…

At least the sun’s out this morning. And that makes it a good morning from Northside…

We made it through another Monday…

Good evening from Northside…

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals. This one was Wild Mushroom and Steak Risotto with broccolini and tomatoes…

It was another great meal. I could have eaten that risotto for the rest of the week. After dinner, we played in the backyard for a little while…

Tonight, there was a 99.4% full moon. It was the first of two super moons thi s year…

This year we’ll be treated to two super moons. The first was tonight and the second will be on May 26.

Super moons are bigger and brighter than your average full Moon. This super pink moon didn’t actually look super pink, or pink at all really. The moon was its usual color, just a very bright white as it moved across the sky!

I really like the super moons.😀🌄🍽️🌕❤️

Good morning from Northside…

We ran over to the grocery…

And we stopped for Saturday morning coffee…

This afternoon we ventured over to the East End of Cincinnati…

We met our friends Ben and Mehwish at The Hi-Mark…

We had so much fun getting to hang out for a bit…

A Taft’s pizza Saturday.

Happy Saturday! Good morning from Northside…

After Arsenal was knocked out of the FA Cup at the hands of Southampton this afternoon, we went over to Taft’s Brewpourium for a late lunch to get some pizza…

Genifer tried Taft’s hard seltzer and it was really good…

And I tried Nellie’s Lemon Frosty Ale…

And it was very good as well. Lunch time!

Taft’s had deep fried pickles today…

They also had a special buffalo chicken pizza today…

And of course, we ordered the Cherrywood BBQ wings too…

Taft’s is so good. We used our gift card from Christmas again. And we’ll still be able to get one more trip out of it. Thanks, mom & dad!

The moon was so bright this evening and you could see a lot of stars…

And the clouds were really pretty these evening too..

Also, any day that includes Taft’s pizza is really good day as well. 😀🌄🍺🍕🐔❤️

Our Halloween.

Halloween should’ve been perfect this year. It fell on a Saturday, with a full moon and with daylight savings time everyone got an extra hour of sleep the next day. But unfortunately, 2020 had other ideas.
