Mondays.

I had a busy morning of meetings and we get didn’t take the dogs on their morning walk until later. When we did take them out, I left my phone on the desk in our office studio. And that’s a bummer because it was a very pretty morning. But it was also very pretty this evening as well…

Good evening from Northside but I forgot my little fisheye lens tonight…

We had another one of the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meals. This one was French Onion Beef Meatloaf with peas and peppers…

It was another great meal. We really like the Kroger Prep+Pared Home Chef Express meal kits a lot. And even though it was a super busy work day, it was a pretty good Monday. 😀🌄🍽️❤️

Sunday funday.

We ran over to the grocery store early this morning even before we walked the dogs…

And then we stopped for Biggby Coffee…

When we got home, we took the dogs on their walk…

Good morning from morning…

We headed down to The Banks to go to our fourth Reds baseball game of the season…

We got a DORA drink before heading into the ballpark…

Welcome to the Great American Ball park…

Our tickets were in our favorite section of the ballpark, The Fioptics District…

Apparently, Fountain Square has a new stage…

We walked up to Queen City Radio in OtR to see if they had their amazing Whip burgers. They did not. So we hopped in an Uber and stopped for a drink at Northside Tavern…

And then we came home to hang out in our backyard for a bit with our new little lights…

And while we were sitting out on our patio, we watched the Grizzlies win game one of their first round best of seven against the Utah Jazz.

It was a terrific Sunday. 😀🌄⚾️🍺💡❤️

Friday evening in our backyard.

Good morning from Northside…

We’ve been going to Blue Jay for breakfast on Friday…

Mmmm. Northsider omelette…

We stopped for coffee on our way home…

We ordered this new rug for our second floor hallway…

Oscar slept on the rug while I finished up work…

And just like that, it was the weekend…

Good evening from Northside…

We sat on our back patio and had some drinks…

We watched the final NBA play-in game, and the Grizzlies beat the Warriors 117-112 in overtime…

Congrats Memphis! In the first round of the playoffs, the Grizz get to play the team with the best regular season record and number one overall seed in the playoffs, Utah Jazz.

Mack got tired of being outside with us and went inside…

Creepy.

Two years ago.

Two years ago, we were just starting our epic road trip with Oscar, #gtfOscarRoadTrip2019…

It was an incredible adventure. It was our first road trip with Oscar and our first to Outer Banks…

It seems like every hotel we stayed at had a continental breakfast with a waffle maker. I ate a bunch of waffles on our road trip…

And it started a vacation photo series of Genifer eating breakfasts…

It really lived up to it’s hashtag of an epic road trip. 😀🐾🗺️🧇😍❤️

Westside Saturday.

Good morning from Northside…

We went out to The Westside to sign our tax documents to be sent off to the tax people…

We’re getting a little money back from federal and state and broke even with Cincinnati.

While we were over there, we stopped at the grocery for some dog food…

And then we stopped at Jersey Mike’s Subs to get lunch to take home with us…

I had only ever eaten at Jersey Mike’s one other time a long time ago. I don’t even remember what I ordered. This time I got the #56 Big Kahuna and it was really good.

Other than that, we were pretty lazy. We’ve been watching Shadow and Bone on Netflix. It’s pretty good.

There were a couple of good photos in my Timehop today. First was Oscar riding around in the back of our Jetta…

And there was this photo proving that once there was indeed grass in our backyard…

And this photo of Mack all crashed out…

Today was Foursquare Day (4.16)…

And time for post-walk treats…

After work, we tried a couple of beers from my parents trip out west…

The tangerine citrus ale was pretty good but the blueberry wheat was outstanding.

The joke’s on us.

Today is April first and that means, it’s also April Fool’s Day…

But the joke was on us because it was snowing this morning…

We saw our first snail of the spring…

I moved the snail from the middle of the sidewall on the stairs to the edge of the sidewalk by some mulch over by what might someday be an orchard…

It was still snowing…

We had an NYPD Pizza party tonight…

Remember when Oscar used to hop up on the sofa in our office studio and look out the window?

Yardwork and a full moon.

We put down ten bags of pea gravel in our side yard…

And we completed the first section of our retaining wall along our fence…

It was so nice today. We sat outside and drink one of our ciders from Gatlinburg…

And there was a full moon tonight…
